Who can refer to MEG?

GPs, social workers, health visitors, schools, housing officers, councils, charities and other professionals. People can also refer themselves.

Do I need the person’s consent?

Yes. Please make sure the person agrees to the referral and to MEG contacting them.

We acknowledge referrals within 2 working days. If there is an immediate risk, contact emergency services first.
