Our services are free. You do not need to speak English to ask for help.
In an emergency
- Police, fire or ambulance: call 999. If you cannot speak, call 999 and press 55 on a mobile.
- Urgent medical help (not an emergency): call NHS 111.
- Need to talk to someone: call Samaritans free on 116 123, any time, day or night.
- Domestic abuse: National Domestic Abuse Helpline, free, 24 hours: 0808 2000 247.

Tell us your name, how to contact you, and what you need help with. A friend or support worker can contact us for you.
Who can use our services
Everyone is welcome. We mainly help:
- Refugees and asylum seekers
- Migrants, especially those in difficulty
- Local people in need
Our services are free, whatever your race, culture or religion.
Languages
We work with people who speak many languages. We can arrange interpreting and translation. Tell us which language you speak when you contact us.
