Volunteer roles

ESOL class helper
Support learners practising English in small groups. No teaching qualification needed.

IT and digital tutor
Help people use email, fill in online forms and stay safe online.

Food bank and drop-in volunteer
Sort donations, pack food parcels and welcome visitors.

Befriender
Visit or call an isolated person for company and practical help.

Interpreter
Help people be understood at appointments and with letters.

Events volunteer
Help run Refugee Week, Women’s Day and the Christmas party.

Driver
Collect donated furniture and deliver food parcels. Full UK licence needed.

Office and admin
Answer calls, book appointments and keep records.

Trustee
Help govern the charity. We welcome people with lived experience.
